PAYE: Outstanding 2007-08 Employer Annual Returns

Complete 2007-08 Employer Annual Returns (P14s and P35) were due 19 May. If you haven’t sent yours yet please send it without delay, even though it is past the deadline. Or contact your HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) office and tell us if you think that a Return is not due, for example, you did not have any employees during the year.

If you have 50 or more employees, you must still send your Return online. But if you have fewer than 50 employees you can get £100 tax-free if you send your Return online.

Any Returns we receive now are late and you may be charged a penalty.
